We’re officially halfway through excavation at Brentwood Block! To date, 250,000m³ of soil has been removed from the site — that’s roughly the volume of 100 Olympic-sized swimming pools. It’s a major milestone and a true testament to the incredible pace and precision of our construction team.
With the bulk excavation nearing completion, underground plumbing and footing installation is set to begin shortly. This next phase is crucial, laying the structural foundation for everything that will rise above ground in the months ahead.
Another exciting highlight: on August 13th, our first tower crane was installed. The process unfolded over two full days and marked a major turning point as we prepare for vertical construction. The crane will play a central role in lifting and positioning building materials as the structure begins to take shape.
